Rain or Shine, Hybrid Meeting Delivers

PSAV recently produced one of the first series of virtual meeting hybrids ever. Originally, the event was to employ high-definition event video conferencing (HD EVC) to connect Amsterdam with Chicago and Long Beach offices. However, just days before the event, weather conditions forced the closure of key airports and restricted many of the worldwide meeting participants from getting to their necessary HD EVC equipped destinations. The PSAV team worked endlessly to counteract Mother Nature, eventually developing a method for integrating WebEx and its video sharing solution with the HD EVC meeting.
