PSAV's Exhibit Services teams are dedicated to helping exhibitors make technology decisions in the most efficient and timely manner. And PSAV supports you throughout your event.
Pre-Show
- We'll provide exhibitor packet order forms, in any quantity, and at no charge. The forms are tailored for your show and feature your official logo.
- Online ordering is available to all exhibitors at events where PSAV is the official audiovisual and computer supplier.
- Equipment and Exhibit Theater Consultation - Our experienced team can employ the right services and equipment to make your design dreams a reality.
On-Site
- PSAV staff is available on the show site to offer personalized assistance with set-up, teardown and maintenance.
- PSAV carries 20 percent of spare equipment at the show, so late additions can always be accommodated.
Post-Show
- PSAV offers prompt, detailed billing, so exhibitors can expect timely statements and sharp customer service team to answer any billing questions.
Exhibit Theater
- We can assist exhibitors with lighting, truss, major audio, and LED walls. Our event services department has staged major events and continues to use its expertise to draw the crowds to your specialty booth.
Allied Services
- Meetings held in conjunction with the main event are often as important as the main event itself. Our team is always available to coordinate audiovisual and computer services for any allied meetings. We offer great prices, as well as the security of personalized project management and show site presence.
