When a volcano in northern Europe erupted, shutting down air travel in the area, hoteliers and event planners struggled to find alternatives for business groups who needed planned to meet. PSAV answered the challenge and offered its High Definition Event Video Conferencing (HD EVC) solution.

PSAV teams in multiple countries worked together with hotel GMs to ready meeting locations and present the HD EVC solution to planners. Over the next seven days, PSAV supported 14 different HD EVC events, which effectively extended the originally planned meetings' reach and allowed participants to connect with each other, despite the obstacles mother nature then presented.
