J. Michael McIlwain joined PSAV in October of 2009 with more than 20 years of financial experience. McIlwain is responsible for upholding strong financial management, enhancing internal control, and overseeing the financial leadership at PSAV.

Prior to joining PSAV, McIlwain worked as chief financial officer of Motor Coach Industries International, where he led a restructuring of the $700 million in revenue market leader. From 2002 to 2004, he served as vice president of finance for New World Pasta and was responsible for management of $500 million (revenues) leveraged buyout. McIlwain is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a bachelor’s of professional accountancy from Mississippi State University and a master’s of tax accounting from the University of Alabama.
