- Once your account manager at PSAV gets your request for service at a specific location, on specific dates, and the process begins.
- Your account manager clarifies your objectives and communicates them to the right managers among more than 2000 fulltime employees in the field.
- The field manager assembles a team for the event and coordinates execution. PSAV professionals are onsite and most familiar with local labor practices.
- After each event, the PSAV account manager contacts your meeting planner to encourage feedback and share any successes or shortcomings with the event’s execution.
- Any suggestions for improvement are discussed, and a single invoice is sent to your accounting department per your single contract.
