Whit Markowitz
SVP, General Counsel

Whit Markowitz joined PSAV in July 2000 and is its chief legal officer, responsible for the legal, internal audit, and risk management departments. His areas of emphasis include corporate governance, commercial transactions, corporate finance, labor and employment law. 

He has worked in the hospitality and audiovisual sectors since the mid 1990s, including serving as the Assistant General Counsel for KSL Resorts before joining PSAV. Prior to KSL Resorts, he worked in both the public and private sector where he practiced general corporate law, real estate, and land use planning.

Markowitz is a member of the California and Colorado State Bar Associations, with a B.S. in business and finance from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
