Whit Markowitz
General Counsel

Whit Markowitz joined PSAV in July 2000 and is its chief legal officer, responsible for legal, internal audit, and risk management departments. His areas of emphasis include corporate governance, corporate finance, business transactions, real property, and labor and employment law.

Markowitz has approximately 10 years experience in the hospitality and audiovisual industries including serving as the Assistant General Counsel for KSL Resorts prior to joining PSAV. Prior to KSL Resorts, Markowitz worked in both the public and private sector where he practiced general corporate law, real estate, and land use planning. Markowitz is a member of the California and Colorado State Bar Associations, with a B.S. in business and finance from the University of Southern California and a J.D. from the University of Denver.
